ALL Utilities are the tenant's responsibility including trash pickup.

You have 7 days from the date of move in to have the utilities transferred into your name. If you fail to have the utilities turned on in your name, you will be responsible for service we are billed for and face the possibility of having the services turned off.

If you choose to use Dish/Direct TV, NO equipment can be mounted to the roof or any exterior portion of the home. Equipment can either be installed on a pole in the yard or attached to the deck. Tenants are responsible for removal of the equipment at the time they vacate and any damaged caused by the equipment or its installation.
